ChildCare Education Institute (CCEI) is an approved training organization with the Alaska SEED Registry. As such, courses offered by CCEI are accepted by the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services, Child Care Program Office (CCPO) to meet annual in-service training requirements.

The CCEI NECPA® National Administrator Credential® (NAC) is approved by Alaska SEED for 60 hours of SEED-approved training to satisfy Level 4 on the Alaska SEED Registry. It may also be used to meet the requirements of the Alaska Learn & Grow Early Childhood Administrator Credential (ECAC). Students should contact Learn & Grown to see how the NAC applies.

CCEI’s coursework was awarded the Comprehensive CDA Gold Standard by the Council for Professional Recognition (the Council) and can be used to fulfill the training requirements needed to obtain the National CDA Credential in English and Spanish.

Note:  CCEI is exempt from the authorization requirements under AS 14.48 and 20 AAC 17 because programs are online and the organization does not have a physical presence in the state.
